A blank canvas challenge to name a new land estate and design it’s logo to reflect it’s surrounds in central Gippsland, then carry this across an array of mediums.
We wanted to develop a look for the vantage point that would set itself against the stunning surroundings and natural environment of Gippsland. One that would reflect the panoramic views from the Ramsar Wetlands to the Great Dividing Range as well as the environmentally sensitive nature of the development.
The development name, The Vantage Point reflects the raised aspect of the land and unrivalled views as well as the surrounding natural environment. The clean look with the bird perched high overlooking magnificent wetlands and natural colour palette reflects the new standards in sustainable living as well as the unique developments location.
The micro site was developed to highlight the best features and attractions of the local and surrounding area through stunning imagery. It gave a snapshot of the property, lifestyle and location as well as capturing details of those who wished to register their interest for further information on the property.
