project

south haven release + landing page

brief

To develop a campaign to promote one of the final stages of land releases South Haven, at Sanctuary Lakes plus a landing page to control ‘registration of interest’.

strategy

For the South Haven land release we wanted to create an integrated campaign that combined a new land release and advertised the fact that Sanctuary Lakes Resort was fast nearing completion, with only 4 stages to go, then direct traffic to the branded sanctuary lakes landing page where they could find out further information on a specific land release and be ‘captured’ for future communication regarding that release.

solution

Email blasts, advertising and point of sale all directed towards the landing page which gave customers all the information they needed when enquiring about information on Sanctuary Lakes Resort land releases. The landing page focussed on downloads of current release information as well as a small video on Sanctuary Lakes for branding purposes. The Register Now page captured names, addresses and emails for further follow up by the sales team.

The South Haven campaign was developed around the fact that this was one of the buyers’ last opportunities to be part of the exclusive Sanctuary Lakes Resort. The new land release collateral needed a visual representing family life as well as the subtle hint that this land was disappearing fast. The advertising took a more hard hitting and direct approach of ‘Be Quick, these blocks won’t last’ with visuals of blocks disappearing fast. Subsequently, the first release of South Haven was sold out after one week of advertising.
