To create branding for this new Aboriginal AFL TV show, including logo design, set design and television graphics.
strategy
Our aim was to design a look and feel in keeping with the essence of this TV show, being a AFL sports talk show aiming at highlighting Aboriginal players within the game, while keeping news worthy and game focussed.
solution
After the initial logo was designed, set designs for the live weekly broadcast were created along with TV graphics, and regular press advertising. We decided to use a palette of Australian sunset colours, full of graphic figures in game scenarios and enriched with colour flows and star bursts to create a dynamic set design that was both vibrant and visually appealing. These graphics extended across a broad range of mediums to give the show it’s own very unique identity.
