sandhurst club + sanctuary lakes resort collateral

brief

To create marketing collateral for two housing and land projects owned by the same land developer yet retaining their own individual identities under the overall Links Living brand.

strategy

Our aim was to develop a signature look for both Sanctuary Lakes and Sandhurst Club that captured the essence of both brands and their golfing lifestyle. We wanted both these brands to be able to sit beside each other and look like a family yet maintain their own unique aspects.

solution

Two distinctively different brands were developed with different colour, type and photography palettes. Many collateral pieces held the same format so when viewed together looked like they came from the same family. Each development had it’s own unique look and feel and over many years of brand management each were able to stand on their own merits with successful marketing collateral to back them up.

Exclusive recreational facilities, the PGA headquarters, architect designed club houses and Club Links member rewards were just some of the offerings used to promote both land and house sales as well as golf memberships.
