‘Guts’ the goldfish, Peter’s obsession with cartoon characters and our love of nostalgia, makes for a happy workplace.
Director Our big picture man, head honcho and leader of the pack. He calls us his Angels (as in Charlie’s!). Yes we know, it’s really embarrassing. His trailblazing career in advertising began 30 years ago, and he’s been thumping the creative floor boards and managing diverse projects ever since. Peter is a new media enthusiast – much to the embarrassment of his teenage daughter!
Marketing Consultant Our Mandy loves to play golf – and like all golfers it’s an obsession. And there is no doubt it’s this obsessive nature and determination that makes her such an excellent account manager Mandy’s clients have included Cadbury Schweppes, Cottees, Murray Goulburn, Ansell, Mitre 10, Tampax and Heinz to name a few! So yes we are lucky to have her on board. Oh and she’s married to Peter who, strangely enough, doesn’t play golf...
Studio Manager Hayley is our English immigrant – our Lady Godiva. Three score and ten ago, legend reached us of a designer who was heading down under. With an impressive 15 years experience, never on her high horse yet always standing up for great design, Hayley had plans to settle in the cultural melting pot of Melbourne. That’s all history now, as a true blue Aussie she’s providing our clients intuitive design and managing our studio with military style precision.
Art Director It takes someone with more than style and good judgment to leave the sunny skies of Brisbane behind for the fashion, food and coffee capital that is Melbourne. In her impressive career Kylie has worked on Tourism Qld, Tattersall’s, Channel Nine and every 5-Star hotel in town for DDB and Clemenger. During her spare time you’ll find her at the Icehouse managing the National Women’s Ice Hockey Team, which sometimes can be a harder nut to crack than a creative brief!
Finance Officer As our financial guru, Lisa keeps our books in order. There’s not much she can’t do for us and when Peter is eyeing the latest release from Apple, she has a certain ‘do you really need it’ look which sends Peter’s bottom lip south. Lisa is a 1950’s retro queen too, running her own business Global Retro, selling vintage collectables to the nostalgia-hungry Melbournians on the weekends!
Interactive Media Developer Keegan is our resident geek and our go-to guy when it comes to all things technical. He is a Monash graduate and a total trekkie (even if he won’t admit it out loud). When the headphones go on and Keegan gets into the coding zone he scarcely moves or makes a sound except for the occasional outburst when he solves a problem. When not staring at a computer screen you can find him rollerblading around the neighbourhood or tinkering on his car.
